Keep work moving
Reliable daily support, consistent devices and accounts, and one process for onboarding and offboarding.
Bitralynx Solutions manages the modern technology environment: daily IT support, security and recovery, technology decisions, cloud and workplace systems, organizational data, AI use, and the applications your organization needs built. Serving nonprofits and care organizations across NYC, Queens, and Long Island, with the deepest experience in human services and OPWDD.
Three outcomes shape every engagement. Each service area below supports at least one of them.
Reliable daily support, consistent devices and accounts, and one process for onboarding and offboarding.
Access reviewed and logged, backups tested for recovery, and written policies matched to what is actually configured.
A roadmap that shows priorities and budget needs, and records ready before an insurer, funder, or board asks.
Your staff, systems, records, vendors, and leadership all touch the same environment. When one area changes, others usually notice. Bitralynx Solutions coordinates the whole picture so a decision in one area does not create a new problem somewhere else.
Operating environment diagram. Staff, locations, and vendors feed into a single managed technology environment made up of identity and access, devices, Microsoft 365 and cloud, networks and connectivity, and backup and recovery. That environment produces three results: programs keep moving, records stay available, and leadership has visibility. Standards, control, documentation, and evidence sit underneath the whole system, coordinated by Bitralynx Solutions.

IT Support & Managed Technology Operations
“Run my IT.”
Help desk, devices, accounts, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, networks, monitoring, patching, and vendor coordination handled as one managed environment with written standards and documentation.
Managed Cybersecurity, Risk & Recovery
“Protect us and make sure we can recover.”
Endpoint, email, and identity security managed alongside vulnerability management, backup and recovery, incident coordination, and the security evidence insurers, funders, and auditors ask for.
IT Consulting, Strategy & Fractional IT Leadership
“Help us make the right technology decisions.”
Fractional IT Director leadership, technology roadmaps, budgeting, vendor governance, risk registers, policies, and board-ready reporting so technology decisions are made on purpose instead of under pressure.
Microsoft 365, Cloud Services & Digital Workplace

Organizational data turned into information leadership can trust: agreed definitions, integrated sources, executive dashboards, operational reporting, and automated delivery.
AI Consulting, Agents, Integration & Governance
“Help us use and control AI.”
AI strategy and use-case assessment, Copilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini adoption, agents and connectors, agent identities and permissions, human review requirements, and written AI governance.
Web Design, Portals & Business Applications
“Build something for us.”
Websites, web applications, portals, registration systems, forms, and internal applications designed around the action you want people to take, then built, tested, and handed over with documented control.
Standalone leadership service
If you already have internal staff or an IT provider, Bitralynx Solutions can provide the leadership layer separately. That layer sets priorities, manages vendors, plans budgets, tracks risk, and reports to leadership while your existing team continues handling daily support.
The standalone Fractional IT Director retainer does not include help desk, device monitoring, routine administration, or incident response unless those services are added separately.

Website design and web application work can be purchased on its own. A new site, a focused redesign, a registration page, a resource library, or a lightweight web tool can be scoped, built, tested, and handed over without any ongoing plan attached.
Platform choice follows the project. Modern no-code and low-code tools are used where they shorten delivery and reduce cost, and custom code is used where the build requires it.

Recurring monthly retainers can cover technology stewardship and governance, day-to-day operations, cybersecurity oversight, or a combination, based on the agreed scope.
A defined scope and deliverable are used when the work creates or significantly changes part of the environment.
Most work starts with the Technology Readiness Review. Paid discovery is used when a project needs deeper technical scoping.
Common questions about Fractional IT Director support, cybersecurity, managed IT, AI and automation, and project work at Bitralynx Solutions.
Yes. You can engage Bitralynx Solutions as your Fractional IT Director through a standalone monthly retainer. Bitralynx Solutions provides the leadership layer: roadmap, budget and lifecycle planning, risk oversight, vendor accountability, project prioritization, and executive or board reporting. Your internal staff or current provider keeps handling daily support. We write down who owns what so responsibilities do not fall between parties.
Business-hours user support, device enrollment and patching, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, onboarding and offboarding, identity and access administration, network and Wi-Fi operations, backup monitoring with restore testing, vendor coordination, and ongoing documentation. These are administered together under defined standards rather than sold as separate tasks.
IT support keeps day-to-day work moving. A Fractional IT Director adds the planning layer above it: a written roadmap, budget and lifecycle planning, a risk register, vendor control, and board-ready reporting. Bitralynx Solutions provides that layer for organizations that do not have a full-time IT Director or senior technology leader in-house.
They are three separate service areas. Cloud & Workplace Modernization covers Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, and tenant or cloud migrations. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence covers Power BI, reporting, dashboards, and data integration across program, finance, and productivity systems. AI Orchestration & Governance covers AI strategy, agents and AI integrations, approved connectors, permissions, and usage policy oversight. They are often sequenced together, and each is scoped on its own.
No. Bitralynx Solutions supports compliance work by maintaining controls, policies, and written records so surveys, audits, funders, boards, and cyber-insurance renewals have ready evidence. We do not certify compliance and we do not provide legal advice. Formal attestations remain the work of qualified auditors and counsel.
Yes. Many engagements include an internal technology contact, program staff who own certain systems, or existing vendors for line-of-business software, phones, or connectivity. Bitralynx Solutions defines who owns what, coordinates escalations, and keeps documentation current so responsibilities do not fall between parties.
Ongoing services are recurring work, and they may include technology stewardship and governance through a Fractional IT Director, day-to-day operational management, cybersecurity oversight, or a combination of those. Projects create or materially change an asset or architecture through a defined scope, beginning, end, and deliverable. Examples of projects include tenant consolidations, backup redesign, SharePoint systems, and reporting platform builds.
It begins with the Technology Readiness Review, a short conversation about your environment, priorities, and risks. That is free and requires no scan, credentials, or commitment. When a specific project needs deeper technical scoping, a paid discovery follows, such as a migration assessment, an infrastructure assessment, a reporting and data discovery, a workflow discovery, or a security and identity assessment. Discovery produces a written picture of the current state, options, and a recommended path.
Yes. We administer both platforms, including identity, mailboxes, shared drives, SharePoint or Google Drive governance, permissions, security policies, and license mix. For eligible nonprofits, we help apply TechSoup, Microsoft nonprofit programs, and Google for Nonprofits so licensing is right-sized. Bitralynx Solutions is not a license reseller.
Yes, within our NYC and Long Island service area. On-site visits are used where they add value: new location build-outs, network and Wi-Fi work, hardware replacements, office moves, and coordinated project cutovers. Most day-to-day user support is delivered remotely.
Routine, repeatable work may be handled through secure automation with human oversight. Bitralynx Solutions handles exceptions, security concerns, documentation, planning, and decisions that require judgment. Separately, we help organizations set practical guardrails for staff use of AI tools so participant and organizational data does not enter uncontrolled systems.
The Protected engagement generally fits organizations with about 15 or more covered users, especially where there are multiple locations or regulatory pressure. The Foundation engagement can fit smaller or simpler organizations depending on locations, compliance requirements, and the complexity of the current environment. The Technology Readiness Review is the fastest way to confirm the right fit.
The work starts by learning what is happening now, what leadership needs to understand, and which risks deserve attention first. The Technology Readiness Review is a conversation that gives you an initial picture and a one-page practical priority list. Paid discovery follows only when deeper technical scoping is needed.
