Managed VoIP & Business Communications

Help callers reach the right people

Families, referral partners, and staff need a dependable way to reach the right person across offices, group homes, day programs, and field teams.

We manage an agreed cloud calling setup that connects locations and devices without forcing employees to expose personal phone numbers.

Voice and messaging for multisite operations

Voice over Internet Protocol uses your internet connection for calling. The phone system, network, emergency locations, devices, provider, and support responsibilities need to be planned together.

Cloud phone administration

We manage the agreed extensions, automated attendants, call queues, routing, business hours, and digital voicemail settings. The written scope defines routine administration and support.

Multisite and mobile calling

Calls can route across offices, residential sites, program locations, and approved mobile applications. Staff can place and receive work calls without publishing a personal cell number.

Number porting and vendor coordination

We coordinate number transfers, line additions, provider tickets, and emergency location records for Enhanced 911 service. Port dates and dependencies are confirmed before the cutover.

Phones and calling applications

Desk phones, conference units, desktop software, and mobile calling applications are provisioned for the approved users and locations. Staff receive straightforward instructions for the features they need.

Call quality and network readiness

We review the internet connection, firewalls, switches, wireless network, and traffic prioritization needed for clear calls. Quality of Service settings can help prioritize voice traffic, but the result still depends on the available connection and provider.

Plan the call before moving the number

Map the call flow

Agree main numbers, business hours, queues, voicemail, and the handoff between locations before choosing the configuration.

Prepare the locations

Confirm network readiness, suitable devices, emergency addresses, permissions, and the staff who need calling applications.

Test and hand over

Test inbound, outbound, transfer, voicemail, queue, and emergency calling arrangements before closing the deployment.

Provider licenses, calling plans, taxes, emergency service fees, number porting, hardware, and specialized administration are confirmed in the proposal.

A clear scope before the first change

Custom quote. Managed VoIP is separately priced from managed IT. We agree the users, numbers, locations, calling features, support coverage, and provider responsibilities before work begins.
