How access starts
Access is earned through a defined scope, not through a sales call. Nothing about the first conversation requires you to hand over anything.

Founder-led does not mean client lock-in
Bitralynx Solutions is founder-led. Leetroy Fraser remains directly involved in technology planning, client communication, and the standards behind every engagement. Specialized contractors may support defined projects or coverage when needed, and Bitralynx Solutions remains the coordinating point.
Important environment information, decisions, access records, vendor records, and project deliverables are documented and belong to your organization. That documentation is what keeps your organization from depending on memory or on one technician.

Case studies on this site may be anonymized to protect client confidentiality. Private references can be provided when a client gives permission.
Bitralynx Solutions maintains current Cyber and Data Risk coverage with a $1,000,000 limit per claim or event and a $1,000,000 aggregate limit, and Businessowners General Liability coverage with a $1,000,000 each occurrence limit and a $2,000,000 aggregate limit. Proof of insurance can be provided to prospective clients during due diligence or contracting.

How AI and your data are handled
AI is used to help your team work faster, under documented rules for which platforms are approved and how organizational information may be used. Your organization keeps control of its data, and specific handling terms are set in your written agreement.

Retention, data-residency, and model-training controls depend on the approved platform and its configuration. Bitralynx Solutions configures these settings according to the approved design and your written agreement, and the platform provider’s own terms continue to apply.
