About Bitralynx Solutions
Technology should make mission-driven work easier to carry forward.
Bitralynx Solutions helps New York human-services organizations bring systems, vendors, security, and technology decisions under one clear plan, built for organizations doing important work without a senior technology leader on staff.
First, how do you say Bitralynx Solutions?
BIT-ruh-links
Think “Bitralinks.”
The name Bitralynx Solutions brings together the digital world and the way strong technology work connects people, systems, locations, vendors, and decisions. “Bit” points to the data and systems behind the work. The sound of “links” reflects the connections that keep an organization moving.
The lynx reflects a watchful, patient approach: notice what others miss, understand the environment, and act with purpose. That is the standard applied to every engagement.
Built for the gap between IT support and technology leadership
Many smaller agencies can buy tools, call a help desk, or hire a vendor for one project. What they often lack is someone who can see how each decision affects staff, security, budgets, programs, and the work still ahead.
Bitralynx Solutions was built to fill that gap, connecting daily technology needs to a longer plan, helping leadership understand what matters now, and staying involved through the follow-through.
Founder-led, with specialized support when needed
Bitralynx Solutions is founder-led. Leetroy Fraser remains directly involved in technology planning, client communication, and the standards behind every engagement. Specialized contractors may support defined projects or coverage when needed. Clients continue to work through Bitralynx Solutions for coordination and follow-through. Documentation, access records, and administrative control stay with the client organization, which is what keeps an engagement from depending on any one individual.
Mission
Help mission-driven organizations use technology with greater clarity, security, and confidence, so staff can focus on the people and communities they serve.
Vision
A future where smaller human-services and nonprofit organizations can have the same level of technology leadership, planning, and care as much larger organizations.

The standards behind the work
-
People come before tools.
Technology decisions should make work clearer, safer, and less frustrating for the people who use the systems every day.
-
Understand before changing.
The environment, the pressures, and the real cause of a problem come first, before any solution is recommended.
-
Put important decisions in writing.
Plans, risks, priorities, and open issues should stay useful long after a meeting or project ends.
-
Stay through the follow-through.
A recommendation has little value if no one helps carry it into practice, check the result, and address what remains.
The way Bitralynx Solutions works began long before the company did.
Leetroy Fraser’s approach was shaped by early lessons about unresolved technology problems, hands-on training, and more than a decade managing technology from inside a nonprofit.
